Geraniums are the most popular flowering plants for balcony boxes. In spring, we start preparing the plants for their summer splendour. It is important for geraniums to have loose-textured potting compost that allows water to drain easily. Our odourless Florimo Balcony and Geranium potting mix, thanks to its improved water retention and higher nutrient content, promotes flowering and supports the plants’ growth.
When planting, we recommend using fresh potting compost and avoiding the use of soil taken from the garden in balcony planters, as this may introduce pathogens into the planter.
