Specially formulated soil mix with rich content.
Cactuses are undemanding plants that thrive in harsh conditions, even in places with poor nutrient supply. It’s true that under such circumstances, their development is slow, and they gradually adopt their characteristic habits and appearance. However, under well-cared conditions, their growth is quick, and their development takes a shorter amount of time.
Most species prefer slightly acidic soil (5,5-6,5 pH).
When repotting, use gloves to hold the plant, lift it out of the pot and loosen the root structure. Remove the plant, then compact the soil. We can decorate the surface with perlite, crushed stone (non-limestone). Only start watering lightly after 3-4 days. After 4-6 weeks, fertilize with specialized cactus fertilizer. Avoid overwatering.
The quality of potting soil matters significantly. Choose certified quality!
